Kolej Yayasan Saad Melaka is a fully residential co-educational school. It was established in 1995 by Yayasan Saad, founded by Yang Berbahagia Tan Sri Wira Halim Saad. The Kolej is a tribute to the memory of his late father and an expression of gratitude to the Malaysian Government. The Yayasan is a non-profit organisation which provides financial assistance for educational, religious and scientific pursuits !
